About this role
Join BAYADA's nursing team and work 1:1 with clients who need skilled pediatric care. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team in the Laurel Highlands area.
Your day begins by traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose. You will follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders, perform assessments, monitor clients' conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- Passion for pediatric care
- Ability to work traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
- Provide hands-on care with only one client per day
- Build client relationships and watch their milestones
