Requirements

At least 6 months of proven clinical experience post-completion of grad year
Current AHPRA registration with no conditions as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Additional qualifications relevant to the area(s) you wish to work in if required
Strong focus on patient safety, strong customer service, and commitment to Cabrini’s mission and values
Well-developed communication skills to build rapport with patients, families, VMOs, and multidisciplinary team
Flexible and adaptable nature to changing environments

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in General Medical/Surgical areas
Support patients in Critical Care and Emergency settings
Deliver care in Haematology, Oncology, and Cardiology
Assist in Paediatrics and Newborn services
Perform treatments in Nephrology, Haemodialysis, Rehabilitation, and Subacute
Contribute to Respiratory care services
Adapt to various clinical environments using flexible rostering
