Senior Care Assistant - Nights Part-Time

This part-time Senior Care Assistant role supports older people to live their lives their way at Thornton House Residential Care Home. The position runs permanent nights on a two-on four-off rota from 21:30 to 08:00 and is not open to international sponsorship.

You will lead, coach and motivate the night team to deliver high quality care while ensuring residents receive support with kindness, dignity and compassion. The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in health and social care and a willingness to progress to Level 3.

Lancashire County Council Older People Care Services runs 16 care homes and 13 day centres, providing support to more than 1,000 adults across the county, including those living with dementia.
