Registered Nurse (RN)
Certified Wound Care

Responsibilities

Perform wound assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents and guests.
Administer wound treatments and monitor healing progress according to clinical protocols.
Document all wound care interventions and outcomes in resident records.
Educate residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and management techniques.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team on complex wound cases.
Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards during all procedures.
