Visit homes and long-term care facilities to provide treatment and support for residents as needed. Monitor and manage stable conditions through regular in-home visits, offering daily or weekly follow-up care. Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and deliver ongoing care for patients unable to attend clinic appointments.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and have a nursing license through the governing body in good standing
Licensed Nurse registered in good standing
Have or are willing to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in the provinces or territories you wish to work
Meet the required work experience
Mandatory skillsets and additional training requirements discussed during interview
Provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu etc. as required by provincial regulations

Responsibilities
