Visit homes and long-term care facilities to provide treatment and support for residents as needed. Monitor and manage stable conditions through regular in-home visits, offering daily or weekly follow-up care. Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and deliver ongoing care for patients unable to attend clinic appointments.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and have a nursing license through the governing body in good standing
  • Licensed Nurse registered in good standing
  • Have or are willing to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in the provinces or territories you wish to work
  • Meet the required work experience
  • Mandatory skillsets and additional training requirements discussed during interview
  • Provide proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu etc. as required by provincial regulations

Responsibilities

  • Visit homes and long-term care facilities to provide treatment and support for residents as needed
