In this role, you will lead health promotion initiatives, including well-baby and well-mom programs, immunization clinics, and community wellness activities. You will also plan and deliver education campaigns, such as flu shot awareness, to encourage healthy living within the community.
Working collaboratively in a team-based environment, you will practice within an expanded scope to provide comprehensive healthcare services. Your advanced nursing skills in observation, assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching will be applied to individualized care plans, ensuring the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort of clients.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current nursing license through the governing body in good standing
- Willingness to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in the provinces or territories where you wish to work
- Meet the required work experience as discussed during the interview process
- Completion of mandatory skillsets and additional training requirements (details discussed during interview)
Responsibilities
- Lead and support health promotion initiatives, including well-baby and well-mom programs, immunization clinics, and community wellness activities

- Apply advanced nursing skills in observation, assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching, aligned with individualized care plans
- Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients at all times, within the scope of practice
