Deliver skilled nursing during 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour daytime and overnight shifts with no weekend requirement. Serve pediatric clients of all acuity levels throughout the Piedmont Triad Area. Use user-friendly Statewise electronic charting to focus on patient care.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to provide 1:1 care to pediatric clients of all acuity levels
- Comfort delivering skilled nursing in home environments
- Reliability for short commutes to local clients
- Proficiency in handling daytime and overnight shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 home care to pediatric clients helping them thrive at home
- Monitor and manage health needs of children with varying acuity levels
- Administer treatments and medications in home settings
- Perform nursing procedures including wound care for pediatric patients
- Document patient care using Statewise electronic charting
- Educate families on care plans during home visits
- Work flexible shifts including daytime and overnight options
