RNs enjoy flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available morning, evening, or overnight, and no weekend or minimum requirements. You choose PRN, part-time, or full-time hours that fit your life while working 1:1 with adult clients.

Requirements

Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
Ability to work weekend night shifts.
Comfort providing 1:1 care in home settings.
Current BLS certification.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with adult clients in their homes during weekend night shifts.
Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
Utilize paid training from day 1 and practice with award-winning Simulation labs.
Access 24/7 on-call clinical support for guidance and assistance.
Document client care and communicate effectively with the care team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
