About this role

We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Minnesota (multi licensed strongly preferred) with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions.

You will work closely with our provider and support teams to evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients. This includes conducting age-appropriate history and virtual exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing timely treatment plans.

This role requires an active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states, with ideal candidates holding five or more active state licenses. Shift scheduling is managed by our team, but we always do our best to take your personal preferences into consideration.

This is a great opportunity for a clinician with at least 3 years experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings. You will have the chance to function within an integrated medical practice while maintaining current knowledge of clinical best practices.

Requirements

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in accordance with state requirements
  • Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
  • Active RN compact license
  • Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
  • Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
  • Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
  • Ability to function within an integrated medical practice
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to manage a broad range of conditions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
  • Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner
  • Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients
  • Request consultation or referral with other health care providers when appropriate
  • Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans
  • Maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices
