Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid nursing license and registration with the Indian Nursing Council or state council.
  • Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably in a multi-specialty environment.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, patient safety, and evidence-based practices.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle high-pressure situations with compassion.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with medical advancements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and execute treatment plans as prescribed.
