In this role, you will care for a 17-year-old client with a G-tube in Coppell, TX. Day hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5:30p and Saturday 12p-9p with flexible start times, and night hours are Tuesday and Thursday 7p-7a.

Requirements

Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas
Willingness to learn pediatric home health care (no experience required)
Pediatric experience is a plus but not required
Heart and a willingness to learn
Ability to provide 1:1 care in a home setting
Reliable transportation to client home in Coppell, TX

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care for a 17-year-old client with a G-tube
Help children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home
Develop real connection and see progress firsthand through one-on-one care
Administer G-tube feedings and medications as ordered
Monitor and document client condition and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with family members and the clinical support team to ensure continuity of care
Participate in specialized hands-on training for ventilator, trach, and G-tube care
