Requirements

Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Ability to provide care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
Comfortable working independently in home settings
Proficiency with electronic charting systems
Reliable transportation for local client visits

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
Provide skilled nursing services in clients' homes
Serve adult and pediatric clients throughout the Piedmont Triad Area
Work daytime and overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours
Document care using user-friendly electronic charting
Assess and monitor client health conditions
Administer treatments and medications as needed
