Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Part-Time

Compass Palliative Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the inpatient team for a 4-month coverage assignment beginning in late July 2026. The practice provides palliative services in the hospital setting. This role offers a meaningful short-term inpatient opportunity with flexibility and strong clinical support.

The position runs Monday through Friday and requires 3-4 hours of rounding daily. Flexible hours are available. The practitioner will manage a specific patient load and deliver palliative care within the hospital environment.

The palliative program is led by experienced board-certified physicians who provide training and in-service education. They focus on advancing staff skills while creating the best possible outcomes for patients served.
