About this role

We're seeking board certified Nurse Practitioners licensed in Nebraska (multi-licensed strongly preferred) with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions.

You'll work closely with our provider and support teams to evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions. Your day-to-day includes conducting age-appropriate virtual exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans.

This role requires an active RN compact license and licensure in multiple states, with ideal candidates holding five or more active state licenses. Schedule options include full-time (40 hours/week), modified full-time (32 hours/week), or part-time (20 hours/week) with evening and weekend rotation requirements.

Shift scheduling is managed by our team, but we always do our best to take your personal preferences into consideration. Final hours and specific shift times will be confirmed a few weeks prior to your official start date.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program
  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
  • Active RN compact license
  • Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
  • Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
  • Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records
  • Maintain active Medicare/Medicaid status and not excluded from federal health programs
