As a private duty nurse, you will care for patients one-on-one in their homes, providing skilled nursing with a 1-to-1 patient ratio. You can expect flexible scheduling based on your availability and short commute times near your home.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Passion for intentional one-to-one care
Commitment to delivering the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one skilled nursing care to adult or pediatric clients in their homes
Deliver compassionate, excellent, and reliable care as part of a private duty nursing team
Maintain a 1-to-1 patient ratio for focused, intentional care
Adhere to all state and local mandates as an accredited home health care provider
Document patient care and communicate with the care team as needed
