In this role, you will connect with patients through convenient over-the-phone Telehealth consultations, performing thorough assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans. You will have the freedom to prescribe what is right for your patients—without bias toward specific products—ensuring care that truly meets their needs.

You will work autonomously within a supportive, inclusive team environment, benefiting from comprehensive training, ongoing education, and dedicated support from our clinical lead. Our internal teams—including patient onboarding, patient support, and prescriber support—are here to help you deliver exceptional care with confidence and ease.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing education so that even without prior alternative medicine experience, you can excel. You will have opportunities to participate in fortnightly roundtable sessions with other prescribers to share experiences and gain multidisciplinary perspectives on patient cases.

Requirements

Valid and unrestricted registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Australia
AHPRA registration and ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medications
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, provide empathetic care, and explain complex medical concepts
Proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining high ethical standards and quality of care
Knowledge of alternative medicine and its therapeutic applications is desirable (training and education provided for suitable candidates)

Responsibilities

Conduct over-the-phone Telehealth consultations with patients
Perform thorough assessments and craft tailored treatment plans
Prescribe appropriate medications, including Schedule 8, without product bias
Work autonomously while maintaining high ethical standards and quality of care
Collaborate with internal teams including patient onboarding, patient support, and prescriber support
Participate in fortnightly roundtable meetings with other prescribers to share experiences and gain multidisciplinary perspectives
Provide empathetic care and explain complex medical concepts to patients clearly
