Woodbury Health Care Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, seeks a dedicated Long Term Care Nurse Manager (RN or LPN). The role provides overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care for residents requiring TCU and long-term care. The manager shares responsibility for daily clinical operations in a community helping seniors Age Magnificently since 1979.

Daily work includes scheduling and performing rounds to monitor care quality and appropriateness. The position maintains administrative authority for charting, documentation of care, medications, and treatments. It also assists with developing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule based on resident needs.

The Nurse Manager collaborates with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with families, care providers, and external partners. Full-time AMs with on-call rotation support a stable team environment focused on resident-centered care in Woodbury.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse or LPN.
  • Minimum of two years experience in long-term or acute care preferred.
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees.
  • Advanced computer skills required.
