BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate LPN for private duty nursing, providing one-on-one care to a young adult client in Pottstown. This role offers flexible scheduling with day or night shifts, allowing you to choose what works best.

You will deliver care in the client's home, focusing on personalized support. BAYADA prepares nurses with paid training from day one, including office, home, and online sessions, plus practice in award-winning simulation labs.

You'll have around-the-clock clinical support by phone and use electronic charting with Statewise. BAYADA was founded on the principle that health care gets better at home, and delivering care is their highest priority.

Requirements

Current valid LPN license in the U.S.
Graduation from a qualified nursing program
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Availability for day or night shifts based on client needs
Comfort using electronic charting systems (e.g., Statewise)
Ability to work independently in a home care environment

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to a young adult client in their home
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor client's condition and report changes to clinical support
Perform personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Document care using electronic charting with Statewise
Communicate with client's family and healthcare team as needed
Follow the established care plan and adapt to client's needs
