Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Geriatric Psychiatry

In this role, you will provide psychiatric consultations for patients with cognitive impairments and behavioral issues, working closely with Bloom PCPs. You will conduct psych evaluations, recommend changes to care plans, and evaluate psychiatric medication use for a complex geriatric population.
