About this role
Join Nuffield Health, the UK's largest Healthcare Charity, as a Staff Nurse in our Pre-Assessment department at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. This bank contract offers ad-hoc hours, including weekend work, with pay up to £19.50 per hour depending on experience.
As the first point of contact for patients prior to their surgery, you will make the right assessments and offer comfort and reassurance. You will work with leading talent and professionals in a close-knit team delivering matron-led care within a consultant-led service.
Our purpose-built hospital has been established since 1968 and features 40 en-suite bedrooms, a busy outpatients and pre-assessment department, diagnostic imaging services, a paediatric unit, surgical recovery ward, cancer care unit, three state-of-the-art operating theatres, and physiotherapy services.
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability. Build your experience across new practices, equipment, and facilities while surrounded by practitioners who understand that continuity in patient care is key.
