Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes
- Provide skilled nursing services across Duluth and Iron Range communities
- Manage flexible scheduling including daytime, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Complete efficient electronic charting through Cubhub to document patient care
- Collaborate with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship from the care team
