About this role
CarePartners is one of Ontario’s largest accredited home health care providers, delivering nursing and rehabilitation support services for patients of all ages across 24 locations. We operate over 24 Nursing Clinics and seek RNs and RPNs for our Exeter clinic and surrounding areas.
This part-time role involves overnight shifts within a two-week rotation that includes weekends. You will develop care plans and deliver in-person nursing services inside a fully equipped clinic setting.
You will work with supportive, caring staff who provide hands-on mentoring and comprehensive orientation. Up-to-date mobile devices with current scheduling and virtual technology keep the team connected and efficient.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma.
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing.
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with Ontario Health atHome.
- Work with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services.
- Provide a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic including compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy, ostomy and wound care, and catheter management.
- Perform other clinical duties as required.
