We are actively seeking talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. In this role, you will provide medication management and evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at our La Mesa clinic and through our digital health telemedicine offering.

Requirements
- Fully licensed in California as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner
- Unencumbered DEA registration
- Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from ANCC or similar
- Completion of an accredited PMHNP graduate program
- Experience in medication management for psychiatric conditions
- 103 status preferred (California-specific designation)
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine visits
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients across the lifespan
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and licensed therapists
- Deliver care in both in-person outpatient clinic and telemedicine settings
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using digital technology
- Participate in a collegial work environment that values clinical excellence and patient-centered care
