About this role

At Peregrine Health, we are building a community of providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare. Our PMHNPs diagnose and treat behavioral health conditions, manage medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, integrated care. We prioritize long-term patient impact and accessible care.

Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan (ages 5+). Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with patient goals. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects. Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.

You build trust with patients and care teams, ensuring long-term engagement and better health outcomes. You take a proactive, solution-focused approach, integrating medical and psychosocial factors to remove barriers to care. You value interdisciplinary collaboration and make confident, evidence-based decisions.

We are looking for PMHNPs who bring clinical expertise and a passion for building behavioral health programs.
