Spire Regency, Macclesfield are recruiting a Staff Nurse in their Outpatients team on a bank basis. Spire Healthcare is a leading independent hospital group in the United Kingdom, providing diagnostics, inpatient, day case and outpatient care from 39 hospitals and 8 clinics. The Spire Regency Hospital opened in 1991 and has undergone extensive modernisation.
Deliver individualised nursing care and procedures to the highest standards, complying with hospital policies. Run nurse-led dressing and phlebotomy clinics, assist in pre-operative investigations, and chaperone Consultants during examinations and minor procedures. Assist in arranging investigations requested by consultants for efficient patient care.

Requirements
- NMC registered - pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
- Minimum of 1-year post-graduation experience with demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Outpatient Services experience desirable
- Venepuncture and ILS Training desirable
- Excellent communication skills, organised and display excellent patient care
Responsibilities
- Run nurse-led dressing and phlebotomy clinics and assist in pre-operative investigations
- Conduct individualised nursing care and procedures to the highest standards complying with hospital policies
- Chaperone and assist Consultants during patient examinations and minor surgical procedures
- Assist in arranging investigations requested by consultants
- Perform any other duties delegated by the OPD Manager or team leader for efficient patient care and department running
