LCMC Health

Las Vegas, US · Part-time · $65,000 – $95,000

About this role

ER nursing is more than a job—it’s a calling. Your connection to your ER, your patients, and your team runs deep and personal, and we value everything you bring to each shift.

You bring your full self to the Emergency Room every day, carrying the tough moments, hopes, tears, unanswered questions, and smiles home with you. We’re excited to learn what your experiences, skills, empathy, and personality will add to this role.

In this fast-paced setting you prioritize, coordinate, and delegate care while maintaining a safe environment for patients, families, and the care team. You monitor condition changes, prevent and treat wounds, and ensure Joint Commission infection control standards are met.

You initiate patient and family education, address questions and concerns, and support efficient throughput and continuity of care. LCMC Health is a community where our people make health happen every day.
