An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified nurse to join our busy Out-Patient Department. We seek a dynamic and motivated individual willing to be flexible with their working pattern. They bring enthusiasm and commitment to deliver a high standard of evidence-based care for all patients.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and work within an extensive multi-disciplinary team. Willingness to take on additional roles and extended skills is required to enhance care provision. Our teams provide extraordinary standards of care in a multi-speciality environment.
The hospital is located on the outskirts of Chelmsford with free parking onsite. Outreach clinics in Southend and Brentwood offer access to expert consultants and diagnostics. Over 200 experienced consultants, many with NHS posts, are supported by skilled nursing staff and a 24-hour Resident Medical Officer.

Requirements
- RGN level 1 registration
- Experience working in an OPD setting independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility in working patterns
- Approachable, supportive, and professional demeanour
Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of evidence-based care for outpatients
- Work flexibly with varying shift patterns in a busy department
- Collaborate within an extensive multi-disciplinary team
- Take on additional roles and extended skills to enhance patient care
- Deliver care in a multi-speciality outpatient environment
- Support patients across outreach clinics when required
- Maintain extraordinary standards of nursing practice
