Requirements

At least 6 months proven clinical experience post-completion of grad year
Current AHPRA registration with no conditions as Registered Nurse
Additional qualifications relevant to area(s) you wish to work in if required
Strong focus on patient safety, strong customer service
Commitment to practice under Cabrini’s mission and values
Well-developed communication skills to build rapport with patients, families, VMOs, multidisciplinary team
Flexible and adaptable nature to changing environments

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in General Medical/Surgical areas
Deliver care in Critical Care, Emergency, or Haematology and Oncology
Work shifts in Cardiology, Paediatrics, Newborn services, Nephrology, or Haemodialysis
Support patients in Aged care, Rehabilitation, Subacute, or Respiratory
Choose and accept shifts via Shiftmatch electronic rostering application
Adapt to various clinical environments and build roster around schedule
Focus on patient safety and practice under Cabrini’s mission and values
