Requirements

Current RN license, state of Florida
Possess wound care and infusion skills
Ability to use the electronic health record for documentation and communication
1 year of Home Health experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide safe and effective care for the client based on individualized Plan of Care
Provide prompt communication of changes in patient medical status to the Team
Provide safe and effective nursing based on scope of practice and Plan of Care
Administer medications, perform wound care, infusions, and catheter care
Maintain effective communication with client, family, and Team Case Manager
Demonstrate empathy, caring, self-confidence, and attention to detail
Anticipate problems in advance and prioritize with a sense of urgency
