This role is not open to international sponsorship. As a Senior Care Assistant you will lead, coach and motivate a team to deliver high quality care at Dolphinlee House Residential Care Home.
You will need to hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. The role includes a comprehensive induction programme and opportunities to progress within the service.

Requirements
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care
