About this role
QSL Management, a fast-growing senior living company, seeks a Staff Nurse (LPN) for The Blake at LPGA to provide world class care and service for residents in a resort-style home environment promoting wellness and joy.
In this role, you will provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of your LPN license. You will assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs and serve as charge nurse on shift for personal assistants.

Requirements
- Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
- Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) issued by the state.
- Current CPR certification.
- Assisted Living or Long-term care experience preferred.
- Current First Aid certification preferred.
- Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide medical treatment and administer medication according to physician orders within the scope of your LPN license.
- Provide world class care and service for residents while remaining flexible and adapting to change.
- Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
- Work independently with minimal direct supervision to make decisions, organize and prioritize tasks, document clearly, and follow through on assignments.
- Serve as charge nurse on shift for personal assistants under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team.
