New York City, US · Full-time · $110,000 – $150,000

About this role

At Rivia Mind, we believe great mental health care begins with a human connection. We are a psychiatrist-owned practice rooted in NYC, serving individuals across multiple states through virtual and hybrid appointments. We provide compassionate, science-based care with a Whole-Person Lens.

As a PMHNP, you will provide clinical psychotherapy and psychopharmacology services primarily via tele-health. Supported by collaborating psychiatrists and operational teams, you will utilize expertise in CBT, MI, DBT, and medication management. You will conduct initial evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing patient care.

Our practice cultivates a collegial culture rooted in shared values, reciprocal support, and a mindset of curiosity and growth. You will collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team, participating in weekly group supervision and frequent one-on-one meetings with supervisors. The team fosters authentic connection and turns challenges into opportunities.

Rivia Mind offers internal education opportunities, including weekly education meetings with case presentations and guest speakers. Optional psychiatrist-led office hours and specialty supervision groups further support clinical development. Quarterly town halls and onboarding trainings ensure you are integrated and growing within the organization.
