An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified nurse to join our busy Out-Patient Department at Renacres Hospital. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is willing to be flexible with their working pattern but has the enthusiasm and commitment to provide a high standard of evidence based care for all of our patients.
As a Bank Staff Nurse, you will work within an extensive multi-disciplinary team, taking on additional roles and extended skills to enhance the provision of care. Our teams provide extraordinary standards of care and practice in a multi-speciality environment, ensuring every patient receives the highest quality treatment.

Requirements
- RGN level 1 registration
- Experience working in an OPD or Pre Assessment setting independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing shift patterns and patient needs
- Approachable, supportive, and professional demeanor
- Willingness to take on additional roles and extended clinical skills
Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of evidence based care for all patients in the Out-Patient Department
- Work flexibly within an extensive multi-disciplinary team to meet patient needs
- Take on additional roles and extended skills to enhance the provision of care
- Deliver extraordinary standards of care and practice in a multi-speciality environment
- Support patients with health insurance, self-funding, or NHS e-referral pathways
- Maintain professional registration and comply with Ramsay Health Care policies
