About this role

At Peregrine Health, we are building a community of providers dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered behavioral healthcare. Our approach prioritizes long-term patient impact, ensuring that behavioral health is a fundamental part of care.

As a PMHNP, you will provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan (ages 5+). You will develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with patient goals, prescribing and managing psychotropic medications while monitoring for efficacy and side effects.

You will collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care, addressing co-occurring disorders including substance use with a comprehensive, evidence-driven approach. Our PMHNPs engage patients through telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility and equity in care delivery.
