About this role

We're on the lookout for a brilliant, organised and people-loving Care Home Administrator to step into an exciting fixed-term role while our amazing Administrator enjoys maternity leave. This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity, ideally starting on 24 August 2026, where you'll be the heartbeat of our home.

You'll be responsible for managing a busy reception desk, welcoming visitors with a positive attitude, and assisting residents and family members with inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include completing financial reports, supporting the team with administrative tasks, receiving and distributing mail, and registering staff rosters.

Requirements

  • Brilliant, organised and people-loving approach
  • Experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Ability to manage a busy front desk with a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills for assisting residents and families
  • Competence in completing financial reports
  • Proficiency with administrative tasks and staff rostering
