In this role, you will partner with Medical Directors, the Chief Medical Officer, and the broader medical team to ensure the highest quality of patient care. Your day-to-day includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, performing medication management, and providing patient education on risks and benefits, all while working closely with support staff to ensure proper follow-up.
You will be part of a collaborative environment where case discussions leverage the expertise of others, helping you develop new skills and think outside the box. Our full-time Admissions and Assessment team handles referrals, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships with clients and delivering in-depth, sustainable healing.

Requirements
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Active and unrestricted registered nurse (RN) and advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in the state of practice (New Jersey)
- Valid DEA registration
- Master's or doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Experience conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for medication management, diagnostic evaluations, and medical assessments
- Provide patient education regarding medications, risks, benefits, and reasonable outcome expectations
- Work diligently with support staff to ensure proper patient communication and follow-up
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Assist Medical Directors with patient-facing tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Medical Director
