Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Nebraska
- Current CPR Certification
- High personal integrity and a caring attitude
- Ability to portray a positive image
- Passion for excellence and a desire to make a difference in the lives of people
- Commitment to providing the highest quality care possible
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans
- Supervise and delegate tasks to certified nursing assistants and support staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents and staff
- Adhere to all facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards of practice
