Recruiting passionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) for casual positions based at Malvern and Brighton campuses. Operating within the Clinical Operations team at Cabrini Malvern.
Our Casual Nurse Bank offers qualified RNs and ENs the flexibility to work across a range of clinical areas including General Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, Emergency, Haematology and Oncology, Cardiology, Paediatrics and Newborn services, Nephrology and Haemodialysis, Rehabilitation and Subacute, and Respiratory.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of acute hospital experience (previous nurse bank, pool or agency experience highly regarded)
- Current AHPRA registration with no conditions as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Additional qualifications relevant to the area(s) you wish to work in if required
- Strong focus on patient safety, strong customer service, and commitment to Cabrini’s mission and values
- Well-developed communication skills to build rapport with patients, families, VMOs and multidisciplinary team
- Flexible and adaptable nature to adapt to changing environments
Responsibilities
- Work across a variety of clinical settings including General Medical/Surgical, Critical Care, and Emergency
- Build your own roster by choosing shifts that suit your availability
- Access ShiftMatch mobile rostering system to manage availability and receive shift offers
- Nominate preferred clinical areas based on experience
- Participate in short-term contracts aligned with background
- Adapt to changing environments across clinical areas
- Provide care in areas like Haematology and Oncology, Cardiology, Paediatrics and Newborn services
