About this role

Our licensed nurses are vital to providing Quality Care for residents through ensuring medications and treatments are issued as ordered and updating providers as needed. They are also essential to residents' Quality Life through ensuring individualized care is provided by our CNAs. Residents and their families stay aware of the care they are receiving.

Nurses issue medications and treatments as ordered during night shifts while monitoring resident needs. They oversee CNAs to deliver individualized care and communicate updates to providers and families. Staying active on their feet is key while caring for older adults.

This part-time role features two 12-hour shifts weekly from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with a $3/hour night differential. Passionate nurses thrive here delivering vital care overnight. Opportunities support long-term commitment to resident well-being.

Requirements

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Nebraska
  • Active CPR Certification
  • High personal integrity
  • Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults
  • Ability to stay active on feet while caring for residents
  • Reliable for night shift duties
  • Knowledge of medication administration and treatments

Responsibilities

  • Ensure medications and treatments are issued as ordered
  • Update providers as needed
  • Ensure individualized care is provided by CNAs
  • Keep residents and their families aware of the care they are receiving
  • Monitor resident vital signs and conditions during night shifts
  • Assist with overnight resident needs and comfort
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Oversee CNA activities to support quality resident care
