Visit homes and long-term care facilities to provide treatment and support for residents as needed. Monitor and manage stable conditions through regular in-home visits, offering daily or weekly follow-up care. Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments and deliver ongoing care for patients unable to attend clinic appointments.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Nursing license through the governing body in good standing
- Licensed Nurse registered in good standing
- Willing to obtain a nursing license through the regulating body in provinces or territories
- Meet the required work experience
- Mandatory skillsets and additional training requirements discussed during interview
