Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team and outside organizations, including community health providers and external stakeholders. Requirements

Valid PA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Three years of work experience in the medical field, preferably with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to read, interpret and apply written information
Proficient computer skills, including the use of software and web-based systems
Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle
Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks

Responsibilities
