Staff Nurse - Endoscopy

The Staff Nurse in Endoscopy delivers patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments according to policies and unit scope. Accurate documentation is maintained through electronic health systems such as Malaffi while responding promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.

Education and resources are provided to patients and families to support health promotion activities. The nurse acts as a brand ambassador while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Junior staff and students receive mentorship as the nurse serves as a role model. Teamwork is promoted to create a supportive learning environment within the unit.

SEHA policies on infection control and Health & Safety standards are followed at all times. Confidentiality is maintained and all mandatory training plus licensure requirements are completed.
