We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse LPN to play a vital role in resident and guest outcomes.
Our Wound Care Nurses play a vital role in resident and guest outcomes. You will provide skilled wound care, assess and treat wounds, and collaborate with the clinical team to support rapid rehabilitation.

Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Certified Wound Care certification required
- Dedicated, compassionate, dependable, and energetic attitude
- Skilled in wound assessment and treatment techniques
- Ability to work full-time as scheduled
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience
- Provide skilled wound care, including assessment, treatment, and dressing changes
- Monitor wound healing progress and update treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians and the nursing team to ensure coordinated care
- Educate residents and families on wound care management and prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control protocols
