Requirements

  • Current NP or PA licensure in the state of practice
  • Previous professional patient care experience
  • Experience in geriatrics, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred
  • Exceptional patient-centered service skills including compassionate communication and active listening
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with residents, families, and facility staff
