We are actively looking to hire a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) within Louisville, KY, who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan. The role involves both medication management and psychotherapy in an outpatient care setting.

LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults. Care is delivered both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering.

Requirements

  • Kentucky licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
  • Active DEA required.
  • Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
  • Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
  • Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to patients across the lifespan.
  • Provide medication management as part of comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Utilize hybrid telemedicine and in-person flexibility to support patient access.
  • Maintain strong work/life balance while meeting clinical excellence standards.
