We are actively looking to hire a talented Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) within Louisville, KY, who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan. The role involves both medication management and psychotherapy in an outpatient care setting.

LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults. Care is delivered both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering.

Requirements

Kentucky licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
Active DEA required.
Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
Experienced in both medication management and psychotherapy.
Must reside within commutable distance of local clinic.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to patients across the lifespan.
Provide medication management as part of comprehensive treatment plans.
Conduct psychotherapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.
Utilize hybrid telemedicine and in-person flexibility to support patient access.
Maintain strong work/life balance while meeting clinical excellence standards.
