Registered Nurse - Home Health

The Field RN delivers home health visits to patients in the Palm Bay and Melbourne area. Care is guided by an individualized Plan of Care that addresses safety, well-being, and overall satisfaction. WellSky/Kinnser and Oasis documentation experience is a plus.

Daily work includes medication administration, wound care, infusion therapy, catheter care, and safe patient transfers. The nurse monitors changes in condition and communicates promptly with the care team during medical emergencies. Documentation is completed in the electronic health record.

The role operates under the direction of the Nurse Supervisor and collaborates with the Team Case Manager. Emphasis is placed on empathy, attention to detail, and anticipating patient needs before they escalate. The position supports a healthy work-life balance within an employee-focused agency.
