About this role

BlueCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse to deliver person-centred acute care to clients in the community across Brisbane to Logan and surrounding areas. In this statewide Hospital In the Home role you will apply your clinical skills to improve quality of life while working autonomously on the road.

Each day involves scheduled community visits where you assess, plan and implement care within your scope. You will consider physical, social and psychological requirements and update care plans to reflect developing client needs while meeting clinical quality compliance standards.

You will work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members as part of one of Australia’s most trusted community and residential care providers. No two days are the same and you will be encouraged to be creative while contributing to team success.

Requirements

  • Acute Care experience
  • CVAD and NPWT experience
  • General nursing experience, post-registration
  • Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Venepuncture (desirable)
