About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for pediatric/adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Private duty nursing focuses on hands-on care with one client across infant to geriatric ages.
Your day starts by traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions while documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Expect weekly pay every Thursday, flexible scheduling based on your availability, caring for patients one-on-one, and short commute times near your home. Enjoy traditional shift types like 4’s, 8’s or 10’s, building client relationships, and watching their milestones.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state
- Passion for pediatric/adult care
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose

- Provide hands-on care with one client during shifts
- Build client relationships and observe milestones
- Deliver care to clients ranging from infant to geriatric
