About this role
Brainkind is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. You will work as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team as part of a Neurobehavioural Rehabilitation Service for people with acquired brain injury. Our rehabilitation units use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain skills lost through trauma, illness or substance abuse.
Meeting complex needs across inpatient, transitional living units and outpatient settings, you will develop neuropsychological and rehabilitation expertise. The role offers scope for service development within this specialised service. An interdisciplinary approach is key to service delivery for service users and their families.
Work alongside support workers, psychologists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychiatrist and social worker. Employees are incredibly passionate with a strong team spirit across services. Colleagues always pull together and look out for each other.
