Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS with the American Heart Association
- One year of Women’s Health experience (preferred)
- Commitment to excellence and professionalism
- Ability to work full time night flex shifts
Responsibilities
- Practice evidence-based nursing with mothers and newborns
- Improve the patient care experience on the Mother Baby unit
- Educate parents on newborn care and breastfeeding
- Monitor postpartum recovery and newborn health
- Collaborate with action-oriented team at the bedside
- Lead innovations in patient care as bedside nurse
- Provide care during night flex shifts
